These terms apply to all purchases made through driftharbour.com. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by them. Drift Harbour is operated from 293 San Fernando Drive, Worongary QLD 4213.

Pricing & payment

• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST where applicable.
• Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
• Orders are confirmed only once payment has been received in full.

Products

Many of our products are handmade. Small variations in colour, grain and finish are part of their character and not considered defects. Product photographs are representative; the piece you receive may differ slightly.

Shipping & risk

Shipping terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you provided at checkout.

Returns, refunds & cancellations

Returns are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy; cancellations by our Cancellation Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

Intellectual property

All content on driftharbour.com — including text, photographs and product designs — is owned by Drift Harbour or our makers and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drift Harbour's liability for any claim arising from your purchase is limited to the price paid for the relevant product.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
