Shipping Policy

Drift Harbour ships Australia-wide from our studio at 293 San Fernando Drive, Worongary QLD 4213. Orders are carefully hand-packed to protect your pieces in transit.

Processing time

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves the studio.

Delivery times & rates

Standard shipping (Australia-wide): 3–10 business days, AUD $12 flat.
Express shipping: 2–4 business days, AUD $18 flat.
Free standard shipping on orders over AUD $150.

Remote and regional addresses may take an additional 2–4 business days. We use Australia Post and Aramex for all domestic deliveries.

International shipping

We currently ship within Australia only. For international enquiries, please contact [email protected] and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your parcel hasn't arrived within the expected window, please contact us on +61 8 6800 6030 or email [email protected] with your order number and we'll lodge an enquiry with the carrier on your behalf.
