Cancellation Policy

We understand plans change. You may cancel your Drift Harbour order at any point before it has been dispatched for a full refund to your original payment method.

How to cancel

To cancel, email [email protected] or call +61 8 6800 6030 as soon as possible with your order number. Our studio dispatches orders within 1–2 business days, so please contact us promptly.

Once your order has shipped

If your order has already been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. You may instead return eligible items under our 30-day Refund & Returns Policy once the parcel arrives.

Refund timing

Approved cancellations are refunded within 3 business days. Funds typically appear on your statement within a further 2–10 business days, depending on your bank.
