Refund & Returns Policy

At Drift Harbour we want you to love every piece you bring home. If something isn't right, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition.
  • Original packaging and any tags must be included.
  • Candles, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

How to start a return

Email [email protected] with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll reply within one business day with a return address and instructions. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.

Refund processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a further 2–10 business days to reflect the funds.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund (including return postage) in line with the Australian Consumer Law.
